Film & Television

We have over 25 years of professional film, TV and video production experience and we help you take your project from  idea to finished product ready for distribution. We also assist producers to get their idea for TV show or TV pilot produced from idea to finished product.

How Much Does It Cost to Produce a TV Pilot or Feature Film?
This is a question we get asked often, and the honest answer is – it depends.  We usually like to compare production to house building. How much does it cost to build a house? It depends. Are we building a 4 bedroom brick house, or a small cottage? The first thing we need is to get a clear idea of what we are planning to do. We recommend writing a synopsis, treatment or show outline first. We will take a look at that, discuss your project over the phone, and then possibly meet for further discussion. It’s important to us that we understand the project, your expectation and your business plan, so that we can help you be successful.

If you have a project you need help with, feel free to call Executive Producer Joe Talentino directly at 904.345.0755 to discuss.

Talentino Media can assist you with the following:

Terry N’ Town

In 2011 Joe got the job as producer for the new sports talk show “Terry N’ Town”. This show has a new, fresh take on everything Jacksonville – from sports, to entertainment, food and health. Every week Terry invites a new guest to a dinnerview, which is Terry’s take on the traditional interview – intimate, personal and entertaining.

The show started airing on CW in Jacksonville on Saturdays at 9.30 pm in March 2011.

Jacksonville Giants Basketball

Giants Basketball Game

Joe worked as producer on the Giant Basketball Games and the Talent Showcase broadcast before the game. The Jacksonville Giants is an ABA team and this was there first season. They played 16 home games at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and all home games were broadcast live on CW in Jacksonville, Florida, during the 2010-11 season.

The production company for this production was Iconic Innovations from Jacksonville which is a company we do a lot of productions with.

Mr Bags – Television Pilot

Mr Bags is a TV series created by writer/director, Jeff Franklin. He contacted us about working on the project in the fall of 2010 and we were pleased to accept. Joe worked as producer for the production, and we are currently in the process of editing the TV pilot.

(Watch the trailer for Mr Bags here)

fishing_sceneMr Bags is a faith-based series for the whole family. It’s a touching story about a boy who loses his parents in a car accident and moves to his Grand Pa’s farm in South Georgia. The pilot follows Billy “Bags” Bagwell as he embarks on a journey to find healing and his future in an unfamiliar world where all he and his grandpa have left are each other. The series follows the life of a group of high school teenagers through a series of life-changing events.

We started out working with film and video production back in the day in Hollywood, CA. Joe worked on music video productions, film and TV productions, in a variety of positions from art department, art director, production design, camera operator and more.  Susanne also worked in art department and with video production. Later on we moved to Sweden, Talentino Media created, produced and directed over 40 hours of programming for a  newly started national TV network. The TV shows we created were:

This was a “star search” show with music and other performances.

Comedy show with talent ranging from the “bad and bizarre” to interesting with a live audience, jury and voting. This show was a live broadcast recorded in studio.

Show introducing the latest technical gadgets and video game reviews made before the internet “had been invented by Al Gore”. (Hey, we had a bbs! We were cool!)

Aerobics Workout Show
Lots and lots of aerobics workout shows were recorded in studio and this show was very successful and even re-run on the network.

We also created, produced and directed a three hour live OB for a model talent show. This was a big eight camera production used to launch the TV network.

As far as film is concerned, over the years we worked on several feature film and documentaries in a variety of positions.

Confederacy Theory

Confederacy Theory presents and unflinching portrait of the cultural war that has erupted around the confederate flag – a century-old symbol that threatens to divide the South like no issue since the Civil Rights movement. Using never-before-seen archival footage and exclusive interviews with politicians, pundits, activists, and scholars, Confederacy Theory traces the history of this symbol and its impact on Southern culture, history, and identity – from the Civil War to the frontlines of a modern-day secession movement. The documentary was screened at Ebenezer Church in Atlanta, and won Best Feature Length Documentary Award at the Atlanta Film Festival. (2001) (Confederacy Theory on
