Premier of the new weekly TV show – I Know Jax

As you probably know by now, the first episode of our new, weekly TV show “I Know Jax” was broadcast on CW 17 on Saturday November 5, 2011. Of course, we held a party in Jacksonville to celebrate the happy occasion. Our premier party was hosted by Chicago Pizza at the Jacksonville Landing.

The first episode contained the following:

  • Riverside Arts Market
  • The Fox Restaurant
  • Sweethearts for Soldiers
  • Daytona International Speedway
and more! Make sure to sign up for our newsletter. That way you always get the latest information sent directly to you so you won’t miss out on contests, giveaways or parties. We will also let you know as soon as the latest videos have been uploaded online.

Thanks to everyone who showed up for the party. Don’t worry if you didn’t make it this time, we have more parties planned for the near future.

AED Petition Now Website

We are proud to be involved with the AED Petition Now Alliance. This non-profit organization was started by our good friends Harold and Becky Cohn who lost their 15 year old son Andrew about a year ago now. Andrew was playing baseball and a glancing blow caused a deadly irregular heart rhythm. Had an automated external defibrillator been available at the field, it’s likely Andrew would still be with us today.

Harold and Becky immediately started to work on getting AEDs out in the community. They helped start a borrow AED program in Camden County and later launched the website.

Please take a few moments to listen to their story in the video on their website promoting AEDs in all schools. Just click here.

We visited Georgetown County in South Carolina

This Summer we had an opportunity to visit Georgetown County in South Carolina. It’s an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous beach and so much nature to explore. One of our favorite places was of course Brookgreen Gardens. Make sure you schedule enough time for your visit, there is so much to see and explore – you can easily spend more than a day and still not see everything.
We stayed in Huntington Beach State Park, which is a wonderful place to visit. We also made a brief visit to Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet.
We’re really looking forward to our next visit. Below you’ll find the video from Georgetown County.

Jerome Bettis interview on Terry n’ Town

Terry Norvelle interviewed the famous Steeler football player Jerome Bettis for his show Terry n’ Town. We met up with Jerome at Latitude 30 in Jacksonville for the interview. Lots of people showed up this afternoon to get autographs signed and to meet the star up close and personal.

Editing of Mr Bags TV Pilot

After working on the shoot of the TV pilot, Talentino Media was hired to do the editing of the television pilot Mr Bags. We are editing together the first episode of the series which will be 44 minutes in length. The director, Mr Jeff Franklin, is currently in the process of finding a network for the TV series.

Mr Bags is a TV series for the whole family. The main character is the young boy Billy who lost his parents in a car accident. Billy moves to his Grand Pa on the coast of Georgia. We’ll get to meet many of Billy’s friends and people in the neighborhood who Billy influences.
